would be to live for the things for which he died.

I went through NCO school with Gary. He was the only candidate to graduate E-6. What a mature, gentle leader. I didn't know at the time, we served in the same unit at the same time in Nam. Would loved to have been one of his squad leaders. May he rest in peace. He is a true American hero.
