I was a 13 year old boy impressed by his sharpness, when I said goodbye to him on his way to some far off war. I was still thirteen when I attended his funeral. He's buried in a small town in the Texas Panhandle. As an older man with a full life, I have not, nor will not forget what he's done...

I didn't know Jimmy at all. He was my father's cousin. I have seen his grave site In Shamrock, Texas. I just wanted to say it takes a lot of courage to be who he was and die doing what he was doing. I give my FULL respect to him and other fallen HEROS, because that is what they are. These men were sent over to a foriegn country and told to fight. They just died doing what they were told. They loved what they did, whether it be in the Army, Marines, Navy, or Air Force. These men and women deserve our love and respect, the ones serving now and the fallen Heros of every war. I want to say to Jimmy, "You're a hero to me, even if I never met you". Thank You.
