Clyde was four years younger than I, but he was my younger brother's closest friend as a boy, and through High School. My brother Don joined the Marines, spent his tour in 'Nam, and thankfully returned safely home again. However, Clyde was not so lucky and I know that his loss has profoundly effected my brother throughout his life.

PEACE CLYDE ... you earned it with your quiet manner, your loyalty to friends, your patriotism, and your ultimate sacrifice.

SEMPER FI from a Marine who knew you.

A memorial from a friend,
John R. Johnston
