I was three when my Uncle Mike died so I don't remember him, but I feel he deserves to be remembered.

I would love to hear from anyone who knew him.

27 November 2001

24 year old Michael Gallagher was performing duties as a door gunner on a UH-1 aircraft when he lost his life in the performance of a combat mission in South Vietnam, while assigned to the 281st Assault Helicopter Company.
