A Note from The Virtual Wall

On 30 July 1968 Golf Company, 2/4 Marines, lost three men during a patrol north of Hill 679, about 8 kilometers north-northeast of Khe Sanh. They were
  • Pfc William R. Almon, Auburn, ME;
  • Pfc Paul J. Gorman, Watertown, MA;
  • Pfc Jerry L. Patterson, Checotah, OK; and
  • Pfc Floyd E. Sellers, Caryville, FL.
