I first visited The Wall on 9 July 06, and found David's name on the Wall. I have a picture of it, if his family would like I can email it to them. I knew David when we were fellow Company Commanders at Fort Hood, Texas.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

Twenty-five US soldiers were killed in a major action at Hung Long, in the An Lao Valley, on 08 Apr 1967. Seven of them were from Captain David Gibson's B Company, 5th Bn, 7th Cavalry:
