SP5 Frank M. Kaiser was a 22 year old crew chief flying a combat mission in UH1-H 68-16525 when he was killed in action at Binh Dinh, South Vietnam. Also lost in the same incident was the pilot, WO Tarry T. O'Reilly. Frank was a highly respected crew chief and member of the 281st Flight. He shall not be forgotten.
