26 Dec 2007 To our father Billy Ray Moffett. We never had the opportunity to get to know our father because he was taken from us at such an early age in our lives. We can remember some things about our father. We know that he was a very Godly man and good man. He served his country well and ultimately made the ultimate sacrifice.
