20 Feb 2007 Robert Norris was adopted in the early 60's by the Norrises of Towanda, PA. He was born in Italy. I remember the first day he attended the small Catholic school in Towanda (St Agnes). What strikes me is that Bob choose to fight for his country when so many did all they could to avoid service. I was in Vietnam with the 101st when Bob was killed. Bob's death was a training accident. He rappelled from a Huey and the rope wasn't attached. A sad accident to a fine young man. His mother never got over his loss. Gary Goeckel wggoeckel@epix.net
