A Note from The Virtual Wall

If fully manned, a Marine rifle company carried about 130 men on its roster - but in Vietnam most rifle companies were understrength. Golf 2/7 is known to have lost 166 men, 157 to hostile action and 9 to accidents. There may have been others not yet known to The Virtual Wall.
