Arnold Paul Sarna is on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Panel 44E Line 040.

Dear Arnie,

I am 42 years old now and the last time I saw you I was 5 or 6. I can't express how much I've missed you, I guess I don't really have to huh? You've never left my heart even though I really only have 2 memories of you. One of them is you holding me up in the air and one of you coming through the back door, I think you were surprising us! Both times you were in your handsome uniform. I am filled with pride, love and longing when I think of you. I am happy to be called one of your sisters.

I have started a journey that I hope all the good people who read these memorials can help me complete. I am looking for anyone who knew you in basic training or in Vietnam. I don't have a lot of details except that you were in the 101st Airborne Division and were killed in action in Binh Duong in March of 1968. So far I have heard from a few very helpful and kind vets that have given me lots of direction in which to search. I have only just begun and am very excited about the day when I finally make contact with someone who can share a bit of you with me. When I have a photo of you, I will include it here. If you reading this are a person who remembers my brother, I anxiously await your e-mail message.

Love, Debie
