Donald Schnably was a husband, son, brother, nephew. He grew up on a small farm in West Virginia. He was fearless and mischievious. He made friends easily. Fast cars and motorcycles were his passion.

He respected the American Flag, even as a child. He was proud of his uniform, particularly his Green Beret. He was proud to be following in the footsteps of his ancestors who served his country.

Having been a part of our lives and then being taken away left a void in our lives that has existed since December 1, 1969.

From his brother.
