Kenneth Schwagel served three tours of duty in Vietnam. On his third tour of duty he did not make it home. He died on August 18, 1968 at Cam Ranh Bay Air Base in Khanh Hoa Province, Republic of Vietnam. He was in the 12th Field Maintenance Squadron. At the time of his death he told my husband he had a daughter in Vietnam and her name was Cynthia Ann Schwagel. Her mother's name was Thu Lam. We are trying to locate anyone that may have information about this; someone who may have known Kenny when he was in Vietnam.
