It's been 37 years, now, and I still remember it like it was yesterday. My prayers and thoughts are with you and all the other guys that fought on Chu Moor Mountain. Rest in peace, brother. You deserve it.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

The battle at Chu Moor Mountain, located near the Cambodian border, is described on the 22nd Infantry site. It began 22 April 1968 and the fighting continued for nine days. When the enemy finally withdrew from the area 23 Americans were dead - 5 of them from D Company, 1/22 Infantry:
