SSGT Victor Sutton had served 8 years in the US Army when he died at Darlac, South Vietnam. SSGT Sutton was held in high esteem by the members of the 281st AHC and will never be forgotten.

SSG Victor Sutton was adopted by David Sherrill who is developing his "Book OF Remembrance" for the 281st AHC web site.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

The 281st AHC memorial page advises that Staff Sergeant Sutton served a three-year tour with the US Air Force before entering the Army. He was buried in the Berea Church of Christ Cemetery in Hertford, NC on June 17, 1969.
