Donald Eugene Scott was my father. He was killed when I was 14 years of age. There is not much I remember about my dad as he and my mother were divorced when I was young. She being a scorned woman never let us see him much. What I do remember is that he loved me and my sister very much. One summer we got to go and visit him in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, that was a blast. Not long after that he was killed. I have been looking for anyone that served with him. If you knew my dad please contace me at jstbcuse@aol.com

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
Lyrics by Mary Frye (1932) and Wilbur Skeels (1996)
