Billy Joe was a fun-loving young man who enjoyed life abundantly. He is missed and remembered by his classmates and is with us in spirit at each of our Garrard County High School Class of 1967 Reunions. We are very proud of our servicemen and women who represented our class in defending our country and freedom. They may be gone but they are not and never will be forgotten.
