You are the greatest man I never knew.
I wish I would have had the honor to meet you - to know you.
I know you are in the arms of your parents, I miss them too.

I wear my Air Force uniform with the same pride I imagine you felt in your Army uniform.
I keep a picture of you, and a 1st Cavalry patch, in a frame, which follows me to every assignment.
You have affected me in ways few will ever understand.

You were a brave man and I thank you for your spirit and inspiration.

From his niece,
Nicole M. Glicksman

Our moment together was frozen in time. You will forever be that young guy that I fell in love with in 1967 ... even now I love you still. You have never left my heart through all this time. What a sweet young man you were. Your fiance, Donna

"You're just too good to be true
Can't take my eyes off of you.
The thought of you leaves me weak
There are no words left to speak..."
