You were always my hero, and now our nation's hero. I will always remember you as that fun loving young man who had more friends than anyone should. Your smile, your laughter rang through our house and reminded us of life, that precious gift from God. You were taken from us too soon while fighting for our country. We missed so many opportunities to see your smile as we grew. I can still see you smiling and laughing, enjoying life to the fullest. I wish we had more time with you, but I cherish the memories I do have. I love you always.
