Brother. A great person. Went to Vietnam to fight for our country. He helped out, and sent out messages to the citizens of the United States, for donations for orphanages in Vietnam. Deeply missed! Thank You.

I grew up with the Valdez family and our families became like one. I always looked up to Francis as my older brother. I miss him greatly. He was a fine young man.
