Bartley,
My name is Madelyne and I'm from Putnam City West High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. My Problems of Democracy class is discussing Vietnam. Our class is putting a book together like many other states to remember those that were lost. I would like to thank you for your dedication and patriotism for the United States.

God Bless You and may you rest in peace with the Father.

From someone who remembers.

Bartley Allen Wallace was my father. It is a shame that this is the 33rd year without him. He has now been dead for longer than he was alive. I am sorry he did not get to see myself or my brothers grow up and meet his wonderful grandchildren. He is always in my thoughts and prayers. Thank God for the men and women who risk their lives to protect ours.

From his daughter,
