A Note from The Virtual Wall

While orbiting overhead an operational area about 5 kilometers northeast of the Hiep Hoa airfield, a UH-1H (tail number 67-19531) of A Company, 25th Aviation Battalion, was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade and crashed, killing seven men:
