Warren L Anderson is on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, panel 06E line 135.
The data base information is only partially correct. Leroy was shot down on 26 april 1966 and the Military must have finally declared him deceased on 1-9-78. He was a Captain when he went down.
Leroy was my next door neighbor and his dad was my bus driver in school. I also served in Nam from September 1967 to September 1968, USAF.
