The 41st Infantry Platoon (Scout Dog) was one of two Scout Dog platoons attached to the First Infantry Division. "Danger Forward", the magazine of the Big Red One, Vietnam, published an article about the Division's Scout Dogs and their handlers (Vol 3, No. 2, June 1969). You can read the article on the Quartermaster Foundation site.
