I am a friend of Mike's, we grew up in Berwyn, Illinois. It's been a long time since he was killed in Viet Nam ... I still miss him to this day. We rode to work together and met each morning in a coffee shop. I could always tell if he beat me there, because the song "When a man loves a woman" would be playing on the jukebox. We laughed and joked like friends do ... I will miss him until we meet again...

If anyone can give me any information about his death, please contact me.

Shall fill an honored grave,
For glory lights the soldier's tomb,
And beauty weeps the brave."
