Milton, you are still very much loved and will never be forgotten. Your sons are now 40 and 37 you have five grandchildren. Milton the third, Larry, Picasso, Misha, and Jareese. The love you gave will always be felt and appreciated by your family. I wrote a poem for you after your death but unfortunately it was lost - I can only recall the title which was "And now I must say Goodbye, Love". One verse went "As we walked hand in hand knowing you would always understand, And now I must say Goodbye, love". Over the years that verse is the one thing that made your love stand out above all other. Thank you, love.

Hello,

My Name is Milton G. Flowers and I had a brother who servied in the U.S. Army 1967-1968 who has passed now. I served in the Army with 2/75th Rangers at Fort Lewis, the 1/54th Inf (Mech) in Germany, and 2/41 Inf (Mech) at Fort Hood.

I feel sorry for all who loved Eugene but I will say that heros and those who served this country and gave the ultimate for us all should be remembered in every school house around America.

Be proud of the service given by Eugene and know that the Lord has a special place for those who gave their lives for others.

Respectfully,
Milton G. Flowers
