It's been a long time since we started out in boot camp. Platoon 3008 and Parris Island seem so far away now. We didn't lose many from our guys but those we did lose were significant. I am trying to establish a memorial to all of you. You deserve it. You were America's best and our best. We live better because of guys like you and the sacrifices you made. Stand at ease, Marine. Drop your pack, and RIP. Know that you are loved and remembered. May God keep His Blessed hand over your family and comfort them. Semper Fi
