Thirty-four years have come and gone since you left the neighborhood. You were 19 and I was 17. You had your sister-in-law, Anita, buy me an engagement ring. It was beautiful. My heart broke the day your sister called and told me that you were gone. I have thought about you so very much in those 34 years, I go back to Chicago once a year and I always visit your grave. I am 50 years old now, can you imagine? I look forward to the day that we meet again.

You will always be in my heart and my soul.
