Miss you, Dad. I was only four when you were taken but I can't shake the helpless feelings of loss that I still harbor and will always have for you.

If anyone out there served with Dennis I would appreciate a little more information about him. Especially information about his last two months in Vietnam.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

Alpha Company, 1/8th Cavalry, lost four men on 13 November 1968:
  • SGT Charles T. Hershey, Philadelphia, PA;
  • SP4 Stephen M. MacCallum, Cashmere, WA;
  • PFC Dennis G. Hanson, St Paul, MN; and
  • PFC Larry E. Mayberry, East St Louis, IL.
These men, and others of the 8th Cavalry, are remembered on the "Jumping Mustang" Memorial
