This memorial is for my uncle Jimmy Hesson. I was only 4 months old when he was killed in Vietnam but I feel the love that he had for me from the letters that he wrote to my mother right after I was born. He was and still is a hero in my life and I truly miss him.

I know that Jimmy is smiling down at me every time I look up at the sky and smile at him. I love you and miss you, Jimmy.
