A Note from The Virtual Wall

Three Marines were killed by an "explosive device" while on patrol near Hue on 20 June 1968. The three were
  • E Btry, 2nd Bn, 11th Marines
  • H&S Co, 2nd Bn, 5th Marines
    • LCpl Harold N. Minniear, Columbus, OH
2ndLt Howland was the artillery Forward Observer attached to E Company, 2/5, and Pfc Hadley was his radioman. LCpl Minniear was a radioman assigned to H&S Company but attached to E Company.
