I was still too young when you were killed in Vietnam, Mike.
Hi ... this is Kyle Jennings. I'm 14 years old and I live in Pennsgrove, New Jersey. I am Michael Jennings' youngest nephew.
Even though I did not know my uncle or ever get to see him except in pictures, today I still love him very much and I know I would still love him if he were here with us today. My dad is his brother John Jennings, Jr. My dad told me a lot about my uncle that made me want to come on the Internet and say to him that I love him. Well, I have to go now.
I am your cousin. My father and your mother were siblings. I was young when you died, but I remember your funeral - how devastated your father and mother were. I saw some of your siblings at your mother's funeral. None of them have forgotten you; and all of them are proud that you did your duty as you saw it.
Your funeral was the first funeral I ever attended. It has marked me always.
God bless you and your family.
From a cousin,
