Chief, you and your sacrifice are often thought of.

Chief McGinn and LTJG Moscrip were in convoy on their way to Monkey Mountain where a detachment of SeeBees were assigned duty. Their mission was one of resupply and delivering mail. The jeep they were traveling in hit an explosive ground device. Walter was KIA and LTJG Moscrip died of wounds received the next day, 13 September 1968. The Chief was 54 and on his third tour of duty, LTJG Moscrip was 25 and on his first tour.

You will be never forgotten. Job well done. CAN DO !
