I was only 11 years when I last saw you standing in front of me with your Army uniform on, little did I know it would be the last time I would see you. I have thought of you most every day since you left us in 1967 to be with the Lord. I will forever be so proud that you served and gave your life so that I could grow up and live in a free country. My dear brother, you will never be forgotten in my thoughts and in my prayers.
