My name is Toni Poteres and I am a junior at Lake Central High School in St. John, Indiana. I am in the United States History Honors program at my school and my teacher, Mr. Tom Clark, assigns his students a Vietnam Project. Let me explain to you what our project is, how we go about doing the project, and what it is all for.

Mr. Clark assigns us a file folder which has the name of a soldier who gave his life to the Vietnam War. We are to research that soldier in any way possible. All the soldiers we try to find are from Indiana. We are to try to locate family and or friends of the soldier we are assigned. The reason why we are trying to find all these people is because a museum will one day be built to honor of all these soldiers.

I have already found two families and now I am trying to find my third. I am trying to find the family of Ronald Neal. If you are related to him please send a reply to the email address below. Please in the subject write "Ronald Neal." If you don't, the email will be deleted. If you are not related, we would still love to hear from you. I have a couple of people with the same last name, so any reply will help us locate the family. If you would like more information about our project, write back and I will be more than happy to send you a newspaper article that was written about it. Thank you so much for your time you spent reading this letter. God Bless America and please, Support Our Troops!

Sincerely from a Vietnam Researcher,
Toni Poteres
