My Dad, Michael Scott Pullar, missed you till the day he died. I visited the Wall and got a rubbing of your name. I will keep it close to me always ... the "uncle" I never got to know. A thousand tears we have cried for these men of pride ... not in comparision to the million they have shed before our time ... we have known pain in some degree ... but they have known more than most could imagine... In the face of adversity ... they have risen above it all ... to live another day ... to see another dawn. Those who did not ... that fought their last fight ... that saw their last dawn ... in the jungles of Vietnam ... they left us with their names and a lesson learned... "I fought for your freedom ... I fought for the brothers at my side ... I fought for all of you ... but so many have forgotten over time. To those who remember us ... remember us well. We are the soldiers of Vietnam ... our names have a story to tell. Hear our story ... know it all to be true ... don't forget our sacrifice ... it's totally up to you. Don't let it be in vain ... don't let our memory die ... hear our voices ... our names forever etched in time..."
