I never knew Billy Ray Norris, but he was from my hometown. He was a poor farm boy. I was allowed the honor of unveiling a memorial in our hometown of DeFuniak Springs, Florida when I was 23 that has his name on it. I looked for relatives and until recently had not found any. I found a nephew that looks so much like him that it is spooky. He will now be the point of contact.
