WO Tarry T. O'Reilly was a 20 year old army aviator flying a combat aviation mission on Feb. 06, 1970 in UH-1H 68-16525 when he was critically wounded in an action that resulted in the aircraft crashing at Binh Dinh, South Vietnam. Tarry died of his wounds on Feb. 10, 1970. Lost in the same incident was SP Frank M. Kaiser, the Crew Chief. Tarry and Frank shall not be forgotten by the 281st AHC flight.
