Johnny - I miss you and thank you for being a good friend and "big brother". Your kind heart is missed. I love you and will always remember you. May you be forever in God's peace and grace.
Love from your cousin Bobby |
Thank you, John, for your sacrifice. I too was a Marine and served in Viet Nam and have always been thankful that I had the fortune to return to America and Morgantown. I am glad that a person of your honor and stature never experienced the lasting lack of gratitude of the American public to those like you who gave so much for this Nation.

John,
May you rest in peace forever, |
2ndLt. John Price Pickett was one of the finest leaders we had at Golf 2/7. It was an honor to have served under his leadership. I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet such a gifted leader. We who served with Golf Company, 2/7 Marines, will forever remember Lt. Pickett. God bless you John Price Pickett. In Him

My wife Valarie and I knew John and Lana when we all lived in Virginia. We have nothing but great memories of that time. He was a great Marine and friend. It is an honor just to have known him.
From a fellow Marine. |
