Danny,

We were cousins and brothers in the Corps. You were a hero I do not remember but will never forget.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

Golf Company, 2/3 Marines, lost two men on 28 Jan 1969: LCpl Daniel P. Rose and Pfc Jesus Quesada of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

LCpl Rose arrived in Vietnam on 14 July 1968 and initially served with Kilo 3/27. When the 27th Marines were withdrawn two months later most of the Regiment's Marines stayed behind and were assigned to other units. LCpl Rose went to Golf 2/3.
