Ron, today your niece, Tammy Taylor, gave me a letter to read from Ron Christie, in whose arms you died on that day in 1968. It took Ron 29 years to write the family, but as he promised to you, he would, and did. The family, to this day, appreciates his very difficult task and prays he is doing well. Your family thinks of you often and will not forget you. Rest in peace, Ron. Know you are loved.
