A member of B Co, 1/50 Inf 1st Air Cav

On November 3, 1967 he was wounded.
He was released on Permanent Disability from his wounds on July 26, 1968.
On Jan 19, 1969 he died in his sleep as a result of his wounds.
His name was added to the Wall in May 2004 - Panel 29E - Line 34
