TO MY BIG BROTHER, MIKE

For Mom's 75th birthday I bought her a star, and one for you, as close together as I could get them. Now, we can see you. just wait there for us. Grandma Turner may come looking for you soon, so keep an eye out, help her with the transition and wait for us.

I'm going to a reunion of your group next week in Fort Campbell. I have been praying to find someone who knew you and may have been a friend. Jon Quick will hold my hand and, as he already has, will lend comfort and support.

I miss you like it was yesterday that you left us. I know you don't want to hear this, but my heart is still broken and I cry many times. But we laugh, lovingly, at the many memories of your too short years.

Thanks for watching over me.
I love you,
Margaret

From his sister,
Margaret Greer
