To request a memorial page on The Virtual Wall ®
please complete the form below.

Only persons named on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial may be memorialized on The Virtual Wall®. Please ask for a memorial only to someone you have a personal connection with: a relative, a friend, the relative of a friend, a man whose POW/MIA bracelet you wore or your "adopted MIA", or some similar connection. OR... if you don't have a personal connection but provide personal information (not database information, we have that), such as text and a photo from a high school yearbook. Memorial requests must adhere to the policies established by The Virtual Wall.

If a name is not on The Virtual Wall, that only means we have not yet received a request to honor that person. We will be privileged to place a remembrance or memorial for you. If you either placed a remembrance on this web site in the past or you saw one here in the past but can't find it now, please tell us.
