MIKE BRUMFIELD~~~~~~~

AN ORIGINAL! I was a high school classmate of Mike. He was always a jolly, smiling, happy guy. One could hear his laughter echoing through the halls of George Wythe High School. I remember him having an old Plymouth with a Hemi engine that he would sometimes drag race. He usually would blow the clutch, but he always had fun.

Mike usually carried his drums in the back seat with him; barely room for someone to squeeze in beside them :) We used to hang out at a hamburger joint, Ray's, just about the only place in town back then.

I never saw Mike again after he entered the Navy. I have only recently learned the details of his death. Senseless, sad, stupid, such a waste.

Rock on Mike, till we meet again~~~~~~~~~~~

Mike- we all still miss you so very much today 2/26/06. It saddens me that we did not get to "grow old" together as brother and sister. You always had a caring heart, big smile and lots of fun to be around.

I never heard anyone say anything negative about you. You have a witty daughter who has a family of her own now and doing great! And Gail - she and Mac are doing good too and she is as sweet as ever.

Missing you badly - Deb
