Charles was my brother - my name is Paul Cline. Charles died February 22, 1968 at Thua Thien, South Vietnam due to hostile fire.

His body was recovered. Charles was laid to rest at the Chattanooga, Tenn National Cemetery. Charles was born October 9th 1949 in Dalton, Georgia.
