A Note from The Virtual Wall

C Company, 1/502nd Infantry, lost three men on 03 March 1968:
  • SP4 Ernest E. Fawks, Altoona, PA (Bronze Star "V")
  • CPL Henry Norfleet, Chicago, IL
  • CPL James E. Williams, Columbus, MS
Two other 1st Battalion soldiers, Captain F. R. Dimmitt of HQ Company and PFC R. L. Borgman of B Company, also were killed in action that day.
