My Big Brother who I miss so much. Days go by and I wonder how our lives would have been if the war hadn't taken your life. How many children you would have, the girl you would have married. Our family at home - how things would have been if only . . . The sadness our family went through since that dreadful day in March of 1970. I miss you, Mike. You were the one that I turned to for advice and help in all things in life. I have so many happy thoughts of when we were young and being kids, playing football, baseball in the field . . . Memories Thank Goodness I have them of when we were young. I know you are in a better place today with Dad, but I just wish things could have been different in our lives.

I love you and miss you, Mike,
MY BIG BROTHER.

Today, Mike, I know you would be PROUD of what happened today. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial of Lorain County, Ohio was unveiled and dedicated to the 98 soliders who had lost their lives and who were from our county. It was a very moving and beautiful memorial. When they read your name, big brother, me, Carla and Darla placed a beautiful red rose at the bottom of the Memorial in your honor. Everyone that was involved to get the Memorial built did a fantastic and beautiful job. All I can say, big brother, I am so proud of YOU!!! YOU are my Hero, along with every other Veteran that gave and is still giving us OUR freedom.

I would like very much to hear from anyone who served with my brother in Vietnam. I have found some pictures of men that my brother Mike served with... If anyone knows of these veterans, please email me -
John Griffith,
Rick Mann,
Charlie Ivy,
Steve Parker,
Sergeant Keller,
Rick Muzio,
Big Joe McComb,
Ssergeant Joe Raven, and
Sandy Drayton.

Some I only know by their last names - Watts, Friend, and Gaspirnini. God BLess each and every one of you...
