Good afternoon, fellow Americans ... I would like to place a memorial for a fellow soldier I never met, but I know so many of his friends and relatives I feel like I knew him. His name is Otha Douglas Gibson, from Blanchard Okla. I was told by some of his friends that his funeral had such a crowd that it was held in the high school gym to accommodate the mourners. He was very popular in the community and they were deeply saddened by his death. Rest In Peace, comrade, you did not die in vain and you have not been forgotten. God Bless America.

With all Respect,
from his sister's friend,
