You are and always be my Uncle.
I went and came back but I'm not sure if I should have.
That war didn't hurt my body but it sure messed up my mind.

Two men of D Troop, 3rd Squadron, 5th Cavalry, died when their OH-6A light observation helicopter (tail number 68-17186) was shot down while providing close support to heavily engaged ground forces. The pilot called on the radio, "My Observer is hit ... He's hit real bad." A few seconds after that radio call the aircraft exploded, killing both men:
